Welcome!

Welcome to our new blog. This time we are planning to share our personal profiles.

My idea is that you can publish your personal profiles, instead of printing them and handing them in in class. Let´s join the tree-friendly revolution!

I will be the first one to publish mine. Hope you like it!

One more thing... I was wondering... What about including ONE false detail about us, then we will all try to discover ourselves up.

How? Easy...

1. Write your personal profile. Include a picture too.

2. Change one detail, e.g. "I can speak a little Japanese".

3. Publish it in this blog. If you are not an authorised author, e-mail me at: susanzilberstein@gmail.com and I´ll send you an invitation.

4. Read your friends´ articles and in the comments section guess which could be the false fact.
Good luck, and try not to be discovered!

IMPORTANT: Please remember all the information you post in this blog will be available to any person surfing the internet so it would be wise and sensible NOT TO INCLUDE important details about you or your family here, such as your address or phone number. Just in case!

My Personal Profile

My Personal Profile

Hello! I’m Susan and I’m an English teacher. I work at ORT Almagro School every day. I’m married and I’ve got three children –they are all boys. I’m rather short and I’ve got blond hair and brown eyes, and people say I talk too much and too quickly, and I know that is true!

I usually get up at 5:45 am and I have breakfast. Then I take a shower and get ready to go to school. I also prepare my husband or my sons’ lunch before leaving. I never go out if I haven’t washed the clothes or made the beds. I always go to school by car.

At school I teach at 2nd and 4th years in the morning and in the afternoon. I have lunch at school three times a week – I generally have vegetables or salad – and I like having a cup of coffee or tea with my colleagues during the breaks.

When I get home I plan my lessons, correct tests and do the housework. I also check my e-mails or do the shopping. If I have any free time I watch TV or listen to the radio. In the evening I cook dinner for my family. I love cooking and as a matter of fact, I cook very well. After dinner I usually watch TV. My favourite kind of TV programs is sitcoms: I love Friends and Seinfeld!

In my free time I like playing the piano or the guitar and singing. I go to piano and singing lessons once a week and I perform at the theatre twice a year. It’s a wonderful experience!
